On the one hand there’s no minibar, but on the other hand it’s cheaper too. By trimming away all the unnecessary extras we can lower the price, while retaining the same standard. And it has to be said that our guests appreciate our extremely comfortable beds, something we hear time and again.

If you want a room overnight, book an overnight room. The basic price gives you the use of the room for up to 10 hours. If you want the room for longer, it’s just SEK 25 per extra hour. You can book a room for up to 24 hours at a time.
Hire a room during the day at day room rate. You pay the basic price for the first hour and then SEK 50 per subsequent hour. Price includes bedding and towels.
Many people have discovered just how nice it is to arrive in a room with the beds ready made up and be able to crawl under the gorgeous satin sheets straight away. You can pre-book made-up beds for SEK 70/person.
If you don’t have much time after a long journey but want to freshen up before a business meeting or continuing your journey, call in and enjoy a refreshing shower. The price is SEK 75 and includes towels, shower gel and shampoo.
Breakfast is served round the corner at Simply Coffee at an additional cost of SEK 70 per person. At Food Market and Café Hallå at T5 and at Robert's Coffee at T2, you can get your breakfast at an additional cost of SEK 75

For people driving to the airport, the Swedish Civil Aviation Administration offers a number of different parking options. As a guest at Rest and Fly you can pre-book your long-term parking at a special price. The Best Choice is Multi-storey car park at Terminal 4. It is close to Rest and Fly and has the cheapest price.
Accommodation in one of our 66 modern rooms with bunk beds. In most rooms the lower bunk is 140 cm and the upper bunk 120 cm wide. Some of the rooms have bunks which are 105 cm, 90 cm and 80 cm wide.
