A calm oasis in the hustle and bustle of Arlanda

You can call in any time when a dark and quiet room with a comfortable bed seems a more tempting proposition than the hustle and bustle of the terminals. With a top location in Sky City by Terminal 4, we are never far away. We are open 24/7, 365 days a year. You are welcome whether you want to sleep overnight or just rest for a few hours during the day.
Day rooms
Decide how many hours you want to stay and pay afterwards. If you land early in the morning, call in at reception and you will get a room as soon as the first overnight guests check out. To be certain of getting a day room, it’s a good idea to book in advance. Day rooms are available between 06.00 and 20.00.
Overnight rooms
If you want to sleep overnight, we have overnight rooms where the basic price allows you to stay up to 10 hours. If you want to stay longer, it’s just SEK 15 per hour.
Shower only

Ready made-up beds
It’s nice to arrive in a room with the beds ready made up and be able to crawl quickly under the gorgeous satin sheets. You can pre-book ready made-up beds for SEK 70/person.

The Swedish Civil Aviation Administration offers a number of different parking options. As a guest at Rest and Fly you can pre-book your long-term parking at a special price.
